First time appointments: We will require a credit card number to reserve your appointment the first time. This is held strictly confidential.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us twenty-four hours notice. If canceling before or after hours, please leave a voice mail at 401-521-5050. We do reserve the right to charge for appointments that have not been canceled. Please remember that our staff’s time is as important as yours, and we do our utmost to respect your time.
We respectfully request that you make other arrangements for your children while you pamper yourself at Christiaan Salon. All of our clients deserve the full salon experience every time they visit us. We ask you to help the staff at Christiaan Salon to maintain a relaxed, calm environment for all.
Check Policy: Returned checks are subject to electronic recovery for the face value and state allowed fee. We have the right directly or by agent to resubmit your check electronically and/or deposit a paper draft to withdraw the state allowed fee, without your signature, for each returned check as permitted by law. Your payment by check constitutes your acceptance of these terms. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
Gratuities cannot be included in check or credit card for services. A separate check or Venmo can be used for gratuities.
Christiaan Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. If card is stolen, lost, damaged or used without authorization, it cannot be replaced. Not a credit or debit card. Check gift card balance at any time. Please have card number available. Reload card for any amount at Christiaan Salon.
We guarantee our products and services 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase or your service for any reason, please let us know within 14 days and we will gladly exchange your product or alter your hair. The product must be returned more than half full.
Prices are subject to increase without notice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
